Making time for rest and relaxation is key to overall well-being. SGPS has partnered with the The Rest & Relaxation Team (a part of the Peer Health Educator program) to help with just that…some R & R! We are providing a complimentary session to chat about and provide tips and strategies to make time for sleep and relaxation! Come try out our “Take a Break” workshop focusing on using laughter and fun to relax! It will be held on Wednesday February 27th from 5:30-6:30pm in the SGPS Lounge (room 237).
